psychosocial leadership in addressing workplace hazards. Examine the legal and ethical
responsibilities of leaders in ensuring a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment.
Introduce The Culture Institute's ‘Psych-Safe Leadership' model that provides a framework
for identifying, assessing, and mitigating psychosocial risks in the workplace.

that require you to demonstrate your level of knowledge and self awareness in order to
